The challenge

As our team and project load grew, we needed a central system to manage our own operations — from initial concept briefs through delivery. Off-the-shelf tools were either too generic or too rigid for our workflow.

What we built

An internal platform tailored to how we actually work. Concept briefs, design iterations, technical specs, and client deliverables all flow through a single system with clear ownership and status tracking.

Technical approach

SvelteKit with PocketBase as a lightweight, self-hosted backend. Capacitor wraps the web app for iOS and Android, sharing the same codebase. The two-shell architecture (DesktopWebShell / MobileAppShell) adapts the UI to each context.
