Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (DSGVO) and applicable German data protection laws.

Responsible Entity

What data we collect

We only collect personal data when you actively provide it, for example via the enquiry form, email, or Telegram.

From the enquiry form: your name, your email address, and what you tell us — what you need, your goal, countries or regions, industry, budget range, timeline, and any further details. Name, email and the goal field are required; everything else is optional.

Purpose

To respond to enquiries, to communicate about potential collaboration, and to fulfil legal obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication, and Art. 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry.

How the enquiry form is processed

This website is static and has no application server. When you submit the form, your browser sends it directly to our own workflow server (n8n) on infrastructure we operate in Germany. That workflow forwards the content to our inbox and raises a Telegram notification so we see it quickly. The form also contains a hidden field that only automated bots fill in; if it is filled, the submission is discarded.

Telegram contact

If you contact us via Telegram, or where a notification about your enquiry is delivered through Telegram, data is transmitted to Telegram servers and processed under Telegram’s own privacy policy. We use Telegram only to receive and respond to messages.

Retention

We store personal data only as long as necessary to process your request or as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@zugah.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; for Berlin that is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
